                                     When I read about the Coursera and Udemy merger, my first reaction was not surprise. It was recognition. Over the years, I have watched online learning grow at an incredible pace. Access expanded. Options multiplied. Millions enrolled. And yet, something always felt incomplete. This merger felt like an acknowledgment of that gap. Growth Was Never the Problem Online learning solved one major issue brilliantly. Access. But access alone does not guarantee impact.
